The Smallrig FreeBlazer CT-195 is a compact and super light weight video tripod for people need a tripod (or monopod) but also want's to travel light and be able to move around more freely. The switch on the video head lets you alternate between horizontal and vertical video. Fully extended the CT-195 reaches 77.8"/185cm above the ground. That should be tall enough for stand up interviews and getting creative angles. At the same time it collapses down to a tiny little 18"/46cm which fits in the side pocket of your camera bag.
