Olá pessoal, após todas as tentativas de fazer o console voltar a dar a resolução padrão de 1080p através do sistema de reset e configuração de imagem não dar certo, fiz uma análise e confirmei que era o CI hdmi com defeito. ele apresentava aquecimento quando tentava mudar para o 1080p. após a troca do ci hdmi ele voltou a funcionar.
