The city sits on the banks of the Mekong and Khan rivers, which converge at Pak Khan. It's a UNESCO World Heritage Site 👍. During our visit, the weather was pleasantly cool, but the sun was still quite strong. 🛖 The houses are charming and pleasing to the eye. The people, both vendors and merchants, were incredibly friendly. The morning market we visited had everything from fresh produce 🍘 and ready-to-eat meals to sticky rice cakes, grilled bananas, and numerous restaurants along the river.
