After studying the history and stories of Luang Por Nong for a while on March 4th, I continued searching for his sacred objects until I found this one. Each of these names is an all-star, a true legend. Luang Por Nong's amulets are mostly made of baked clay. They come in a variety of styles, from ancient imitations to newly created ones, including Somdej amulets. Popular styles include Sum Kor, Khun Phaen, and Lila, which have a unique style. They're familiar, but if they're from other molds, those who aren't from the area or have a direct connection might not know that they're Luang Por Nong's ultimate amulets. This doesn't include special molds created for special occasions outside of history. The amulet's material and ingredients can be fine or coarse. The color is the color of burnt clay, often compared to the color of a burnt pot, reddish brown, light red, black and gray. Ingredients include silica, rice husk fiber, and others. The mold is used to name the amulet. You have to understand the burnt clay. Remembering the correct mold and material must be young or even a hundred years old. There are many counterfeit Luang Por Nong amulets, both amulets and textbooks. It's difficult to remember the exact material and mold.
