Use a fork to shred the fish. Add all the other ingredients. Allow the cheese to soften, then mix thoroughly with a fork. Dip is ready to eat immediately. Can be wrapped in waxed baking paper and frozen for future use inside airtight ziplock bags (remove as much air as possible before sealing and freezing). Aside from being a delicious dip, this is fabulous as a steak topper, stirred through hot pasta, served on toast under a poached egg.
