Tatler has been part of the NWOBHM movement with DIAMOND HEAD, and therefore knows exactly what playing guitar in a band like SAXON means. On top of that, he is a fantastic guitarist and songwriter, and I believe his down-to-earth personality makes him a perfect fit for the band's heavy touring schedule.
