This week’s vlog took an unexpected turn. I went out for an event launch full of energy and excitement but soon after, I got a little sick. Living alone, those moments hit differently. This time, though, I wasn't alone. Someone showed up for me. And it reminded me of something simple but deep: no matter how independent we are, we all need somebody. I gave myself space to reset, rest, and refocus. Did a little market run. Cooked some meals. Cleaned my space and slowly found my way back to calm.
