Rehabbing my neck pain as a PT
Many people wait to see if their pain will go away, if it is longer than 1-2 weeks I always recommend seeing a professional (probably a PT lol) to make sure there is nothing else you can be doing or that it's not something more serious. If your PT thinks you need an MRI or a different health care provider they will let you know, but most of the time it is a musculoskeletal issue that a PT can treat!
