First Time Hearing Pisces Iscariot by The Smashing Pumpkins

I really wasn't expecting this level of quality when I first started this album. I thought that this was just going to be like traditional b side tracks, good, but nothing phenomenal. But this album was completely different. Everything that they have made is just straight up good quality. I don't even think I've heard a track from them that you would even consider "mid" thats how consistent they are. I mean, most of the tracks on here felt like they easily could have fit on Gish or Siamese Dream. The songs felt a bit more structured and I guess more straight to the point in a way? And man, the guitar on here was even better than Siamese Dream at some points in my opinion. It felt like they had less restraint in a way with how much shredding they were doing. And it was really cool to hear James Iha's vocals on Blew Away, I thought that he had a really soft and gentle voice that fit that song perfectly. You really also get a mix of everything in here as well. They change it up more than you think. Billy Corgan's vocals and lyrics were top notch as usual.
