Back to Therapy
After taking a couple of years away from therapy, I recently decided it was time to go back. In this episode, I share some personal updates, talk about the importance of support systems, and discuss how isolation, financial stress, and unresolved trauma can make it easy to get stuck in our own heads. I also talk about getting back to simple things that help keep me grounded, such as walking, spending time outdoors, and making space to process life's challenges in a healthier way. This isn't advice, just one person's experience navigating the ups and downs of healing. Thank you for being here.
