Single Coil VS Humbucker for Metal (Fender Strat) @ReplayGuitarExchange

Riff with Cliff picked a metal guitar for me at Replay Guitar Exchange, and he grabbed a Fender Stratocaster. Not what I expected, but we ran with it. We ended up comparing two Fender Strats head to head, one with a single coil, one with a humbucker, through several metal styles including classic metal with a hint of thrash, old-school death metal, and faster progressive 80s metal. Plus some shred for good measure. Sometimes it's just fun to try something different and see what happens.
