Tutorial - Hair Taping - Medieval, Tudor, Elizabethan, Renaissance
How to do Hair Taping, a style worn by French and Italian women in the Middle Ages, and one of my personal favourites. It involves braiding the hair, and using ribbon to sew the braids to the head. Sounds dangerous, but it's easy and the effect is gorgeous. Your hair will need to be at least bra strap length (BSL) to accomplish this style. I wore it recently to the Medieval Festival and got many compliments on it.
