Accidents happen! Here's a quick tutorial on how to restore your butcher block from a knife ding or a hot pot burn and erase most marks! BONUS: Watch until the end for stains! 1. Sand out with 100 grit to get through your original finish coat. 2. Use a 200 grit on a sponge pad until you can't feel the mistake with your fingertips. 3. Last use a 320 fine grit for a smooth finish. 4. Then reapply the same finish oil. For more tips and tutorials: https://hardwoodreflections.com
