Everyone knows that the Sun gives us heat and sunlight which helps our bodies make vitamin D for stronger bones and a general better wellbeing. Vitamin D deficiency can lead to a loss of bone density, which can contribute to osteoporosis and fractures (broken bones). Severe vitamin D deficiency can also lead to other diseases, like depression. However, sun rays also have UVA and UVB which can be harmful to our skin, causing premature aging, and giving wrinkles, dryness, pigmentation, and skin cancer in the long run, this is why we wear sunscreen and sunblock on a daily basis. Most sun protection products contain a mix of sunscreen and sunblock ingredients, called broad-spectrum, but they carry so many chemicals as well, which don’t suit so many people. So today I will be sharing my very effective sunblock, which is budget-friendly, easy to make, skin-friendly, for all types of skin, like oily skin, dry skin, normal skin, combination skin as well. This homemade sunblock has zinc oxide powder in it, which is normally all SPF beauty products and cosmetics, like our creams, foundation base, blusher, and other makeup products have as one of the ingredients. will provide you around 3o SPF. Make sure to apply it on your face, both of your hands, and any other exposed area for younger-looking skin. This Sunblock is usually the better choice for those with sensitive skin. My homemade sunblock suits me and I can easily apply this sunblock to my face, hands, feet for a youthful look. This protects me from all harmful rays of the sun.
