Today we are having a proper self care day in Bangkok, which sounds very peaceful and glamorous until you remember we are still in Bangkok, where everything somehow becomes a full experience. After days of sweating through the city, eating street food, filming nonstop, and letting the Bangkok humidity do whatever criminal activity it wanted to my hair, I finally tried one of those viral Bangkok hair spa treatments everyone keeps talking about.
