Prepare the ingredients: peel the potatoes and onions, and finely chop the dill. 2. Coarsely grate all ingredients: potatoes, cheese, ham, and onion. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. 3. Add the raw eggs, dill, and flour, and mix thoroughly. 4. The frying mixture is ready. Heat the oil in a frying pan. 5. Spoon the potato mixture into the hot oil and fry over medium heat until golden brown. 6. Flip the potato pancakes with a spatula and fry the other side. Serve the potato pancakes hot. The chocolate has melted and needs to be stirred into a smooth chocolate mass with a spoon. Then, pour the cornflakes and raisins into the bowl with the chocolate and stir. 4.
