Just a short video for all you cycling enthusiasts, and on today's ride I revisited the popular local spot of Uppermill nestled in the foothills of the southern Pennines. Lunch was enjoyed at Saints Cafe which is tucked away off the main road on St. Mary's Gate. I was accompanied by a cycling friend who wished to remain anonymous but was happy to go by the name of "Chris from Frome"...Nevertheless it was a great little ride around our local hills and because it is January, it's all about getting out what ever the weather.
