Was Yellow 13 actually Belkan? - Aces Theory

One of the characters that hasn't got a ton about them in Ace Combat history is the Ace of Yellow Squadron, known only as Yellow 13, a popular theory is that he is actually a Belkan Ace known as Erich Klinsmann.
