The history of Peel Engineering - there was so much more than just the P50!
If Peel Engineering is known for one thing it's the diminutive P50, thanks to the antics of Top Gear. But the company didn't just come from nowhere; it started out building boats before moving into cars, although the P50 wasn't its first product. Here, the Isle of Man Motor Museum's Darren Cunningham guides us through the different cars that Peel Engineering produced, including its first model, the P1000, the P50 and its successor the Trident, then its final vehicle, the BMC Mini-based Viking Sport.
