Agroplan is a domestic agribusiness, established in Kajokeji, South Sudan, which specialises in vegetable oil extraction. The founding entrepreneur Emmanuel Bugga Budyang applied to SPARK’s agro-processing competition. Emmanuel went on to receive coaching and mentoring from SPARK and in 2013 his business was legally registered. Agroplan is now the sole vegetable oil extraction business operating in South Sudan.
