Celeste 1a Double Golden (without dashing or dying)

I probably could've done this ages ago, but I was missing strats for that one subpixel room near the end, and coffee jump was really inconsistent, mainly because I didn't figure out how to tell if it will make it or die. I have always wanted to do this, so now the only thing left for 1a is 1adg1up (idk if that's correct abbreviation) which is just 1adg but you get a 1up with one or both of the goldens. This is only really harder because of that one subpixel room, which for me would collect some berries I think.
