In Mach 1999 The first LL 9th degree Black Belt was given to Mr. Nibardo Sanchez, and the 8th degree LL Black Belt was given to Mr. Al Garza. This is a historic LL video. it was the first major LL promotion gathering with LL practitioners coming from all over the world.
