Life changes with awareness and learning. I personally gained new realizations and lessons in the process of getting out of rock bottom. By understanding each of these things, I finally arrived at the workings of this world. Life is all "up to you." There's nothing wrong with human emotions. The following year, my younger brother committed suicide. My daughter fell unconscious when she was in fifth grade (she has since recovered). My father died, estranged from me, his daughter, and my granddaughter. After years of estrangement with my mother, who suffers from developmental disabilities, I am now living a peaceful and happy life, completely free of past conflicts. [Roughest Period] Continual grief and shock... Depression, depersonalization, various physical ailments, vague symptoms... My whole body was acting up, and my mental health was at its worst. I visited a psychosomatic and psychiatric clinic and tried various medications. Perhaps the medication caused me to develop depersonalization. This triggered me to take anti-anxiety medication for about 18 years. I also take the sleeping pill Myslee. Drug reduction and withdrawal over the last three years of 2018. Brain tumor and cervical cancer diagnosed and underwent surgery. Meniere's disease due to hearing loss in my right ear.
