투스텝이 안되는 진짜 이유
There are various methods for the two-step, but I also use the method of moving while hitting. This is because if you move separately after hitting, you have to use force twice, whereas if you move while hitting, you can connect it with a single burst of force. I believe it is not a matter of what is good or bad, but rather the difference between using force twice or using it all at once. If your posture collapses, you must straighten your body again. If you use the force meant for weight transfer and stepping to straighten your body, you may end up using unnecessary force. The reason the foot in the direction you are going moves first is similar. While there is a method where the opposite foot pushes off to move, initially, practicing moving in a sequence like walking can be helpful. I suggest practicing your steps in the order of walking → fast walking → running; it will be beneficial. Regarding "moving while hitting," when exactly is "while hitting"? It is the moment you strike the ball and transfer the force. And at that very moment, it refers to the foot in the direction you are going moving moving. Criteria for Two-Step, One-Step, and Not Moving While there is no absolute standard, I believe it is easier to understand if you think of it as selecting in the order of Two-Step → One-Step → Not Moving, as you have relatively more time. Ball Speed and Step Speed If you find rallies difficult while stepping, the ball speed may be faster than your current step speed. While there are ways to increase your step speed, starting with a lower ball speed to match your step speed is also a good practice method. Why does shifting your center of gravity make you go faster? There are various methods, but when using center of gravity as the driving force, the harder you hit the ball, the greater the center of gravity shift becomes. Ultimately, as the center of gravity shift increases, the force of movement also increases, allowing you to move faster and stronger. This is not the definitive answer, but rather a method I have understood through my own practice and lessons. I hope this helps those who find the two-step difficult, even if only a little. #TableTennis #TwoStep #TableTennisTwoStep #TableTennisFootwork #TableTennisStep #TableTennisFundamentals #TableTennisLesson #CenterOfCenterShift #TableTennisFundamentals #TableTennisLesson #TableTennisPractice #JeonSeungHoTableTennis #tabletennis #pingpong #HowToPlayTableTennisWell #HowToMoveWellInTableTennis #ChinesePencil #HowToPlayTableTennisEasily
