Every video is created entirely by me. 🧩 PART 1: Get the Parking Garage Key Card (Ben’s Cell) 1. Reach the Jail Area Head to B1 (Basement) via the elevator from the Police Station. Go through the Parking Garage into the Jail. 2. Meet Ben In a cell, you’ll meet Ben Bertolucci. He tells you the key card is in his office. 3. Get the Tool (Crank Handle) Go to the Generator Room (near the kennels). Restore power by flipping switches (watch out for dogs 😬). Pick up the Crank Tool. 4. Open Ben’s Cell Use the crank on the shutter near the jail hallway. Proceed toward Ben… but story event happens. 5. Grab the Key Card Enter Ben’s Office. Pick up the Parking Garage Key Card from the desk. ⚡ PART 2: Find the Two Power Panel Parts (Electronic Parts) You need these to open the jail cell panel later. 🔌 Power Panel Part #1 (Clock Tower) Steps: Go to 3F East Storage Room. Use the Crank Tool to open the shutter. Get the Large Gear. Head to the Clock Tower (3F). Solve the gear puzzle: Place Large Gear → get Small Gear Move gears around to activate mechanism Bell drops → grab Electronic Part #1 🔌 Power Panel Part #2 (Generator Room Area) Steps: Return to B1 Generator Room area. Enter the Break Room hallway. Use Club Key (Leon only). Go through Boiler Room → Morgue. Morgue puzzle: Open the correct body drawers. One contains a zombie (of course 😅). Another has the Diamond Key (if you missed it earlier). Continue: Proceed to Records Room / Storage path. Eventually reach a room with the Power Panel Part #2. 🔓 FINAL STEP: Solve the Jail Power Panel Return to the jail. Insert both parts into the panel. Rotate circuits to complete the connection puzzle. ⚠️ Heads up: This triggers a timed escape sequence with enemies (including **Tyrant / Mr. X depending on progress). 👍 Quick Tips Always carry 1–2 healing items here. Clear zombies in tight hallways beforehand. Save before inserting the second part.
