How To Decoupage A Photo Frame With Napkins

In this video tutorial we walk you through how to decoupage a photo frame using napkins. We show you how to do this using one of our photo frames that has been designed to be painted or decoupaged, however, you could also use a second hand frame or one that you already have at home! We use our premium lacquers when decoupaging, but you can use watered down school glue, Modge Podge, or other decoupage glue mediums too.
