Ingredients : 2 slices of bread 6–8 cloves garlic 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp unsalted butter (softened) 3 to 4 sprigs coriander/cilantro 2 slices mozzarella cheese (or 1/2 cup grated) Salt to taste Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Add garlic cloves and olive oil into an oven safe bowl and roast for 15–20 minutes until soft and golden Finely chop 1 sprig of coriander leaves Crush the roasted garlic and add 2 tbsp softened butter and the chopped coriander. Add a pinch of salt if using unsalted butter Spread the garlic butter evenly on one side of each bread slice Heat a pan over medium flame. Lightly toast the buttered side of one bread slice.
