Silent power | First 100% electric Fendt tractor in action | Agromec & ECE

In 2022 Dutch Fendt-importer Agromec introduced the worlds first 100% commercial electric Fendt tractor: the 700 Vario Electric. The 720 Vario Gen6 is used as a base model for this tractor. The diesel engine is replaced with a 150 kW electric motor. A large li-ion battery sits in the front of the tractor which gives a range of up to 5 hours of working time. Large Dutch engineering company Ploegam uses 5 of these tractors on various sites in the Netherlands.
