If you want a lot of sauce, double the ingredients so you have plenty to enjoy. To keep it sweet, avoid adding brown sugar (optional). If you're not used to sweet foods, avoid adding ingredients or drinks that contain sugar. My family doesn't like sweet foods very much, so I try to balance the ingredients.
