This One Piece Portgas D Ace what if video covers the story of Portgas D. Ace, the son of Gol D. Roger (King of the Pirates) and brother to Monkey D Luffy (of the Straw Hat Pirates), during a One Piece alternate timeline. In this One Piece fanfiction, second division commander of the Whitebeard Pirates, Fire fist Ace goes down a dark path and ends up becoming evil. Instead of going the Evil Shanks theory route, this story goes the Evil Ace route :D A key event in Ace's life, the battle against Blackbeard and the Blackbeard Pirates on Banaro Island, went a little differently. This time, Ace beat blackbeard instead of Blackbeard defeating Ace and the consequences of that victory became Ace's burden. This set Ace down a dark path to essentially become the dark king and emperor of darkness in this version of the events of the One Piece anime and One Piece manga. Luffy's brother Ace travels across the Grand Line with a new pirate crew. No more wondering if Ace is alive in One Piece since what happened to Ace in One Piece in this what if Ace lived timeline is that, well, he lived, there is fortunately no One Piece Ace death scene and dramatic moment with a sad Luffy reaction to Ace's death since this is also a One Piece what if Ace didn't die video that explores what happened to Ace in One Piece after he lived as well as the question of what if Ace was the main character / what if Ace was evil. I'm just glad Ace is spared from going against Akainu who killed Ace in One Piece in the most tragic way since how Ace died in One Piece was brutal. It's easy to make a One Piece theory asking is Ace alive in One Piece or will ace come back in One Piece, but in this timeline the answer is most definitely yes because a powerful villain tends to be good at surviving. This One Piece comedy video is not a One Piece Theory video or One Piece prediction video, it's just a fun One Piece fanfiction kind of like Whose Line Is It Anyway where everything's made up and the points don't matter.
