Resepi roti sardin yang diolah seperti pizza, memang sesuai untuk dijadikan snek jamuan kerana saiznya yang mini. Resepi pizza sardin ini tidak menggunakan telur dan tidka menggunakan banyak bahan. Untuk tahan lama, pizza sardin boleh disimpan di dalam peti sejuk dan boleh dikukus semula untuk memanaskannya. Resepi ini menghasilkan 12 keping mini pizza sardin. Selamat mencuba! BAHAN-BAHAN: Air suam 1/2 cawan & 2 sudu besar | 155 ml (guna air sejuk jika pakai breadmaker/stand mixer) Gula pasir 1 sudu besar | 12 gram Yis kering segera 1 & 1/2 sudu teh | 4 gram Tepung gandum 1 cawan | 125 gram Tepung roti 1 cawan | 125 gram 1/4 sudu teh garam Minyak sayuran 1 sudu besar | 15 ml Mentega bergaram (lembutkan) 1 sudu besar | 15 gram Minyak masak 2 sudu besar | 30 gram 1/2 biji bawang Holland/besar (didadu) 2 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus) 1 cm halia (cincang halus) 3 sudu besar pes cili kering 1 peket/tin besar sardin (buang kuahnya) |200 gram 1/4 cawan air 2 sudu teh jus lemon 1/3 cawan sayur campuran (55 gram) 1/4 sudu teh serbuk lada hitam Garam secukupnya Gula secukupnya Mayonis secukupnya Parsley flakes secukupnya SUHU MEMBAKAR : 200℃ | 390℉ selama 20 minit, bakar pada rak kedua dari bawah dengan menggunakan api atas bawah. Panaskan ketuhar selama 10 minit sebelum membakar roti. =============================================================================== [ENGLISH] This is another version of sardine buns which are pizza-like, top with sardine flesh cooked with chili and onion and mayonnaise. These sardine pizza are mini sized, so they're perfect for party snack. They're eggless and require minimum amount of ingredients. These pizza can be refrigerated up to a few days and you can steam the pizza to reheat. This recipe yields 12 pieces of mini sardine pizza. Happy baking! INGREDIENTS: Lukewarm water 1/2 cup & 2 tbsp | 155 ml (use chilled water for breadmaker/stand mixer) Granulated sugar 1 tbsp | 12 grams Instant dry yeast 1 & 1/2 tsp | 4 grams All purpose flour 1 cup | 125 grams Bread flour 1 cup | 125 grams 1/4 tsp of salt Vegetable oil 1 tbsp | 15 ml Softened salted butter 1 tbsp | 15 grams 2 tbsp of cooking oil 1/2 Holland onion (diced) 2 cloves of garlic (minced) 1 cm of ginger (minced) 3 tbsp of dried chili paste 1 packet/large can of sardine (without gravy) | 200 grams 1/4 cup of water 2 tsp of lemon juice 1/3 cup of mixed vegetables (55 grams) 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder Salt to taste Sugar to taste Mayonnaise as needed Parsley flakes as needed BAKING TEMPERATURE : 200℃ | 390℉ for 20 minutes, bake at second from bottom rack wit top & bottom heat.
