Kewra is the source of freshness for other fragrances. The rich properties and sweet essence of Kewra is the reason it is used in food items like biryani, sweets, paan, etc. Kewra flowers are mainly extracted in three seasons; summer, monsoon, and winter. Firstly, the flowers are plucked in the morning, then we segregate the finest ones and put them into the deg for further nature hydro-distillation process.
