Let'Em Know!

Why use music to talk about mental health? Because the goal is to make people hear the message. As a former police officer who served as a patrol officer, detective, and school resource officer, and now as a licensed therapist, I spent years responding to crises after they happened. Today, my work is focused on preventing them. One of the biggest mistakes we make in mental health is expecting people to come to us before we've learned how to communicate with them. If we want people to ask for help before life unravels, we have to be willing to deliver the message in ways that resonate with the people we're trying to reach. Whether you're a parent, educator, first responder, community leader, or someone quietly carrying more than people realize, my hope is that this message reminds you of one thing: You don't have to struggle in silence. If you're ready to begin your healing journey, we're here to help.
