I'm hiking on the island of Senja in Norway, in Ånderdalen National Park, on a day trip to Åndervatnet. The approximately 15km hike leads through raised bogs and gnarled birch and coniferous forests to Åndervatnet, the largest lake in the national park. This hike in Ånderdalen National Park is a varied and manageable hike for anyone who is reasonably fit. Good waterproof shoes are essential. NOTE: Drones are prohibited in national parks!
