CHANGE YOUR FOCUS, & TRUST IN JESUS LIKE A CHILD

Trust is leaning on God continually. It is your divine connection between you and Jesus Christ. Trust in God is an intentional focus on Jesus Christ. He is your Rock, your focus so your trust is unwavering; your mind is fixed on Him. Isaiah 26: 3 ‘You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You.’ Change your focus and look beyond circumstances to Him who is the Eternal, Invisible, Almighty God. Your focus is in the invisible realm of Jesus Christ. He is your everlasting strength. You read the Word of God and you learn that He is faithful, He is the Healer, your Deliverer, Savior, and Redeemer. You can trust Him. Trust flows through the Word of God. Ephesians 1:13-’In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,’ Some people, in their ignorance, blame God for their troubles so their trust is undermined by demonic thoughts; but meditation in the Word of God shows that He is good and you can trust Him. Your continued trust in Him means He is continually moving on your behalf. It is like a light comes on before Him as He notices you and your trust in Him. Nahum 1:7- ‘The LORD is good, A stronghold in the day of trouble; and He knows those who trust in Him.’ The Lord wants, your heart, your trust with a childlike dependency. He wants you to trust in Him, not in people or your own strengths or abilities. He wants radical trust where you are leaning on Him all of the time. It is a curse to trust in man and make flesh your strength. When God seems distant, then go deeper in your trust in His Word and you will go deeper in Him. Trust Him in the problems of life so that you continue to do his will. Satan wants to use your focus on problems to glorify himself and distract you from obeying Jesus Christ. Trust in Jesus and focus on seeking first His Kingdom, His righteousness and all these things will be added. Psalm 37:5-6, ‘Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday.’ Truly lives are changed by an encounter with Jesus. To watch the video click on the photo below.
