World Mental Health Day(Dance Performance by students)

“Dance is the hidden language of soul” On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, students of class X studying in Bal Bhavan Public School bewitched everyone with their captivating dance performance. Mental Health is of vital importance and through the medium of Art, students showed how dancing bolsters physical and mental health by helping to prevent falls, improve posture and flexibility, lift mood and ease anxiety. On the theme of mental wellness, our pupils made everyone aware on how we should speak to someone and make ourselves mentally healthy. Dancing is also a fun activity that sharpens the mind, increases aerobic power and strength, builds social bonds, and can reduce pain and stiffness.
