Paper Mario with No Badges - Episode 1

In this challenge run, I try to beat the original Paper Mario without ever equipping a badge! Basically, the only gear upgrades I'm allowed to use for Mario are those that are absolutely necessary to progress. Partners, however, don't have that restriction, so I will be relying on them for a lot. In this first episode, I start the game and get about a third of the way into chapter 2, picking up my first four partners while I'm at it.
