2025 Mazda MX-5 Miata (ND3) // Full Review

With the big changes coming last year, the 2025 Mazda MX-5 Miata (ND3) is mostly a carry-over model. The differences include being able to option Deep Crystal Blue Mica on the Grand Touring, and a 35th Anniversary special edition. The Miata is still offered in either RF or soft-top convertible form, with the choice of either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic (exclusive to the Grand Touring). Power still comes from a 2.0L naturally-aspirated 4-cylinder that makes 181-hp and 151 lb-ft, with a redline of 7500. Rear-drive remains the only drivetrain, with an asymmetric limited-slip differential added last year, as long as you have a manual-equipped Miata. Bilstein shocks and a sport-tuned suspension are also exclusive to the three pedals variant. And the Miata remains the lightest sports car on the market at 2336 lbs in soft top manual form.
