Kuroshima, located in the Yaeyama Islands of Okinawa, has more cattle than people. We had a wonderful time! I took a leisurely bike ride and looked at the scenery, and the atmosphere flowing through the island was amazing, and I wanted to stay longer. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay there. There are only a few restaurants and shops on the island. They may be closed depending on the day or time of day, so we recommend purchasing some snacks and checking store hours before heading to the island. Kuroshima does not collect trash from sightseeing, so it is good etiquette to take it home with you.
