NANTWICH: A walk through the Cheshire town that almost burned down

Hello from Nantwich! Today I’m in this historic Cheshire market town, which is famous for its medieval timber-framed buildings and its long history with the salt industry. It’s one of those places I’ve wanted to have a proper look around for a while, and it certainly didn't disappoint. In this video, we take a stroll through the traditional town centre, admire the stunning architecture of St Mary's Church (often called the 'Cathedral of South Cheshire'), and learn a bit about the famous Great Fire of Nantwich. I also make sure to check out the local shops and see if the town lives up to its reputation as one of the prettiest spots in the North West. As usual, I’m just pointing the camera at things that catch my eye and sharing what I find along the way. It’s not a massive place, but it’s definitely traditional and full of character.
