Kote Uchi Fundamentals | Waru & Shin no Seigan (浅山一伝流兵法) by Seki Sensei

In this video, Seki Nobuhide Sensei introduces the foundations of Kote Uchi 22 Kajo (小手打二十二ヶ条) in Asayama Ichiden Ryu Hyoho (浅山一伝流兵法). We begin with two essential techniques: ⚔ Waru (割る) – "to split / break through" ⚔ Shin no Seigan (真之正眼) – "true posture of readiness" These are the first steps into the Kote Uchi series, teaching correct posture, distance, and timing. 🌸 Guided by the principle of Hyakurenjitoku (百錬自得 – Perfection Through Persistent Practice), this series is part of our ongoing training at Asayama Ichiden Kai Miami.
