Montante rule one simple, a guide.
This is to show some of my reworkings of the technique, and I hope to show so points I made to clarify it with the text. My hands have had the habit of lifting high (see previous rule 1s) So the shoulder height is to train them lower (rule 1 says in front of the face, rule 2 in front of the eyes). Enjoy.
