Junan Taiso: A complete stretching routine
This routine is the basic stretching and flexibility routine used at my Dojo. It's expected that each student know this junan taiso routine, and modify or adapt to suit their own body type, to optimize strengths and improve weaknesses. As stated in the introduction, this is not a master routine, rather the one I personally use and have benefitted greatly from. My goal is that this routine will inspire you to develop your own junan taiso, focus on flexibility, health and proper range of motion to train safe and live painless. Please enjoy.
