I think Shabu En opened up less than a year ago. The 3 things that stood out to me were: 1.) Shaved ice for dessert - pretty cool because you don't really see this often at buffets 2.) Lobster tank - a la carte item, nice add on to your hot pot if you want something super fresh and live 3.)
