In today’s reading, God declares His righteous judgment against Jerusalem because of persistent rebellion, injustice, and idolatry. Through the imagery of the sharpened sword and the exposure of the nation’s sins, these chapters remind us of God’s holiness, His justice, and His desire for His people to live faithfully. As we reflect on these chapters, may we allow God’s Word to search our hearts, lead us to repentance, and encourage us to stand faithfully for righteousness.
