In this video we share our experiences with you, which equipment is really necessary for trekking tours in Norway, Sweden or Finland (Scandinavia). Multi-day hikes can be very challenging and even more so due to the often adverse conditions in the north. Having the right equipment with you means being prepared for every eventuality and ideally not having too much with you, because unnecessary weight can quickly turn a tour into torture or even force you to give up.
