Imagine yourself as a passenger on the train if this were to happen to you? What would you do? Could the driver have done anymore? Could he see clearly what was happening? Was he too busy with other tasks? Are train staff under too much pressure in events like these? Could a guard have helped reassure the passengers and keep them safe? Think this doesn't happen in real life? WRONG!
