Indianapolis Circle City Mall Walk (before it closes!)
This is a walk through the once-vibrant Circle City Mall of Indianapolis. It is in the process of being dismantled and repurposed. Here is a little tour while it's still open to the public. This was filmed on a Wednesday shortly after a Fever basketball game. There were quite a few more homeless and drugged people roaming the streets than in the last video I did.
