Ahead of this mega disbursement, a high-level review meeting was conducted as the state portal received a staggering 3,17,966 fresh applications for the financial year 2026-2027. To maintain complete transparency, the department has issued strict orders to complete all on-ground field verifications by July 25. Currently, there are over 28,000 beneficiaries whose applications are stuck due to incomplete 'Non-Biometric e-KYC'.
