Because, let’s be honest, younger skin doesn’t come from a miracle. It comes from choice, from habit, from stopping and thinking: what am I doing in my daily life that helps (or hinders) me in this? The idea here is not to give you a list of what you “should” or “shouldn’t” do, but to share the habits that I’m truly adopting to take better care of my skin and, as a bonus, my health as a whole. I talk about simple things that you might also be trying to improve: diet (without becoming a salad-eater), good sleep (for real), using sunscreen (even indoors) and stopping sabotaging your skin with sugar and junk every day. I know that many people are looking for younger skin with quick procedures, but I wanted to do the opposite: focus on the basics well done, day after day. Because there's no point in wanting to look young on the outside if you're a mess on the inside, right? Skin care habits aren't just about aesthetics, they're about well-being, consistency, and the way we choose to live.
